1 Information about the collection of personal data

1.1 In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

3 Right of objection

3.1 Pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data relating to you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. e or lit. f DSGVO; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will no longer process the personal data after your objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

3.2 If we process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.

 

4 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

5 Google Analytics

5.1 We create pseudonymous usage profiles with the help of Google Analytics in order to tailor our websites to your needs. However, since we have activated IP anonymization on our website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union. 6. Data processing in our online store

If you select payment by PayPal, your data will be transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO. 6.3 You can voluntarily create a customer account, through which we can store your data for future purchases. When creating an account under “My Account”, the data you provide will be stored revocably. You can always delete all further data, including your user account, in the customer area.

6.4 We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we will restrict processing after the warranty period has expired, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

6.5 To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.

 

7. Data security

7.1 We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. We continuously improve our measures in line with technological developments.
