Studio 6277

Studio 6277 aims to inspire. With every product. Every image. Every mood you welcomely take in. Four digits that once formed the extra special door opener. That can mark the greatest solution.

Ann-Katrin Weiner and Christine Holch have teamed up to live an innovative symbiosis of professional partnership. Too stiltedly- verbalized? Put in other words: When it comes to design, uniqueness and quality, they know what they are doing.

After twenty years of friendship, it was just the perfect time for both to live out a long- cherished passion and combine their experiences. Creativity brought them together -they met when studying fashion design- and creativity has peived their way to the present.

After her education as a fashion designer, she started at the Design Zentrum Nordrhein-Westfalen with a focus on the Awards, Ann-Katrin worked as an agent for Bransch photographers in Europe and New York, developed concepts for several international exhibitions, and until today still fulfills her position as Architektur & Wohnen Magazine’s picture editor.

Christine used to be a trend scout for fashion-based companies including Peek & Cloppenburg and Seasons Paris, did styling and props for clients such as Microsoft or for a Tom Tykwer film production. As a mother of three she is quite involved in the upbringing of a new creative generation.

Studio 6277 is the beginning of a journey through feel-good design. In collaboration with renowned artists. And in correlation with your feel-good synapses.

About
ooooh

This is ooooh. It’s a towel. The most exceptional towel in the world. The four Os represent the four circular cutouts, four windows to endless possibilities.

Use ooooh to dry yourself off. Fold it into a bag for your beach belongings, your laundry or for collecting treasures. Turn it into a sail, an awning, a baby cradle, a swing, a hammock, a superhero’s cape, make it the perfect cover for your beach chair – one the wind cannot carry away.

Designed by Jan Dobmaier and Vincenz Warnke the super soft terry towel is made of 100% organic cotton and comes in new colors every season. Look forward to limited editions in collaboration with outstanding designers and artists.

ooooh marks the first collection by Studio 6277 and sponsors a marine mammal at Firmm Foundation.

Every ooooh is produced under the strict rules of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), the largest cotton sustainability programme in the world. Better for the people who produce them, better for the environment.

Why ooooh? You will always need a towel. Choose a companion that suits you. For a long time.
